Howard M. Berk has notified the board of directors of Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN) of his retirement from the board, effective September 3, 2026.

According to a company statement, Berk's retirement is not the result of any disagreement with the company's management, operations, policies, procedures, the board, or any committee thereof.

Following his departure, the size of the board will be reduced from ten to nine members.
