Senmiao Technology Limited (NASDAQ: AIHS) has changed its name to Valor Energy Inc. and will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol NASDAQ: VAI, effective Aug. 26, 2026, according to a press release from the company.

The company received a Certificate of Amendment on Change of Name from the Secretary of State of Nevada on Aug. 18, 2026. The CUSIP number for the company's common stock, which carries a par value of $0.0001 per share, remains unchanged.

The name change accompanies a stated strategic shift away from the company's legacy automobile transaction and related services business in China toward a U.S.-focused energy and digital infrastructure platform. The company says it intends to identify and develop power-enabled sites to support artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure in the United States.

Valor Energy's stated development activities are to include power procurement, site control, permitting, engineering, connectivity planning, financing, and customer engagement, with the goal of bringing sites to construction-ready or operating status for data center customers, subject to applicable approvals, financing, development milestones, and customer commitments.
