First Majestic Silver Corp. (NYSE: AG) filed a NI 43-101 technical report for its Los Gatos Silver Mine in Mexico, according to a company statement dated August 25, 2026.

The technical report, titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimates, Los Gatos Silver Mine," carries an effective date of August 25, 2026, and supports mineral resource and reserve estimates as of December 31, 2025. The report was filed voluntarily under the company's SEDAR+ profile and was not filed in connection with a material change or a short-form prospectus.

The company stated that the report does not disclose any material change to the mineral resource and reserve estimates previously disclosed in a news release dated March 31, 2026, or in the company's Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The report was prepared by five qualified persons, all employed by First Majestic, in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

Los Gatos is held through the Los Gatos Joint Venture, in which First Majestic holds a 70% interest and serves as operator. Dowa Metals & Mining Co., Ltd. holds the remaining 30% interest.
