Renesas Electronics Corporation has informed Wolfspeed, Inc. (NYSE: WOLF) that its representative on the company's Board of Directors, Aris Bolisay, will resign from the board effective September 27, 2026.

According to a statement from Wolfspeed, Bolisay's departure is not the result of any disagreement with the company.

Under an existing agreement between Renesas and Wolfspeed, Renesas will transition to a board observer role effective the same date. The Japanese electronics corporation retains the right to re-designate a board member in the future under the terms of that agreement.
