UBS analyst Neal Burk reiterated a Buy rating and $225.00 price target on nVent Electric (NYSE: NVT).

The analyst commented, "NVENT announced a deal to acquire Texas-based Maverick Power for $1.75 billion. The deal brings additional power distribution and infrastructure exposure (including data centers) which we view as a positive. At 11.5x 2026 anticipated EBITDA we think this is an attractive deal valuation, given the favorable end market exposure and our estimate of ~6% EPS accretion on 2026 numbers."
