Docusign (NASDAQ: DOCU) announced that its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform is now available within Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise for Legal, allowing legal teams to access contract data and automate workflows from within the AI platform.

The integration uses a Docusign Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector to link Gemini Enterprise for Legal to Docusign's agreement intelligence tools. Legal teams can use the connection to query contract details, track signature status, monitor renewal dates, and generate documents from approved templates, all within the Gemini Enterprise interface.

"Enterprise AI is most powerful when customers can connect it to the trusted business systems they already rely on," said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. "Together with Google Cloud, we're helping legal teams unlock greater value from AI with the governance and control enterprises expect."

The Docusign MCP connector for Gemini Enterprise is available globally in English. Gemini Enterprise for Legal is available by request, with features rolling out in the coming weeks, according to the company's statement.
