Jennifer Fritzsche resigned from the board of directors of Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY), effective Aug. 25, 2026, according to a company statement.

Following her departure, the board was reduced from eleven to ten members.

The company stated that her resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Dycom Industries or any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices.
