Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has committed to deploying Veeva Systems' (NYSE: VEEV) Vault CRM platform globally, according to a statement from Veeva Systems.

Regeneron plans to use the platform's AI-powered field engagement tools to support its commercial teams. The company said it intends to use the system to identify barriers to treatment adoption and improve access to information for internal decision-making.

"We are pleased to expand our strategic partnership with Veeva by moving to Vault CRM, which will give our commercial teams a more connected platform and help them get faster access to the information they need for efficient decision-making," said Ryan Steinberger, executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer at Regeneron.

Vault CRM is part of Veeva's Vault CRM Suite, a set of applications designed for commercial execution in the life sciences industry. The platform includes an Agentic Call Report feature, which Veeva says captures field interaction data that would otherwise be lost through dropdown-based data entry.

Veeva serves more than 1,500 customers across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
