Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced it will host Part One of the FF EAI Robotics "Built in USA" Upstream & Downstream Business Partner Conference on Aug. 26 at its Los Angeles headquarters.

The event will include two sessions: the "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" Ecosystem Downstream Partner Session and the EAI Education Ecosystem Milestone Showcase & Nationwide Expansion Session.

According to a press release, planned event highlights include a briefing on Federal Communications Commission policy, a preview of two new robotics products under the "Built in USA" program, and exclusive previews of upcoming products from the FF EAI Robot World, including a product called Master Mini ahead of its scheduled Sept. 19 launch. Part Two of the event is scheduled for Sept. 28.

The company said it has upgraded its robotics strategy to a "Four-Core Full-Stack AI Ecosystem Strategy," comprising four components: EAI Brain; EAI Devices; Industry Productivity Solutions and Developer Platform; and EAI Data Factory.

The conference will also include downstream partner recruitment for the "Built in USA" program and a presentation on RoboShare, described as a robot-sharing and rental platform operated by AIxC.

Faraday Future said a recap video would be made available on its website following the conference at 5:00 PM PDT on Aug. 26.

The company's forward-looking disclosures note significant risks, including its ability to continue as a going concern, outstanding financial obligations it currently lacks the means to pay, reliance on a single manufacturer for most robotics products, and competition from companies with greater resources and market recognition.
