Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLAY) announced a series of executive appointments and promotions across its operations, marketing, technology, legal, finance, and strategy functions, according to a company statement.

Amanda Busby joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. She previously served as Chief Operations Officer at SSP America and held a vice president role at Red Robin, where she spent 19 years. Jeremy Tucker was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, having previously held the same title at AutoNation and Planet Fitness. Kevin Fish was named Chief Technology and Digital Officer, bringing prior experience at Wingstop and Pizza Hut. Derek Sample was appointed Chief Accounting Officer, most recently having held the same role at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.

Internally, Rachel Morgan was promoted to Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, expanding her oversight to include human resources in addition to legal functions. She previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Nexstar Media Group. Aldo Rosales was promoted to Chief Strategy and Revenue Management Officer, a newly expanded role. He previously worked at QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey, and McKinsey & Co.

These appointments follow the previously announced hiring of Darin Harper as Chief Executive Officer.

"Realizing that potential requires exceptional talent, strong execution, and leaders who share a commitment to serving our guests, developing our team members, and delivering long-term value for our shareholders," Harper said in the statement.

James Chambers, Chair of the Board, said the board has "high confidence in the direction of this business and its Back-to-Basics strategy."

Dave & Buster's operates 250 stores across North America under two brands: Dave & Buster's and Main Event. The company is headquartered in Coppell, Texas.
