Wattmore, Inc. and Eos Energy Enterprises (NASDAQ: EOSE) announced a non-exclusive strategic agreement to combine Wattmore's Intellect Operate energy management platform with Eos' Z3 long-duration energy storage systems.

Under the agreement, Eos has committed to deploy Wattmore's Intellect Operate Energy Management System and Power Plant Controller for select customer projects, while supporting integration with Eos' DawnOS and Z3 technology. Wattmore's Denver-based team designed the platform using FEOC- and BABA-compliant hardware paired with Intellect Operate software.

The two systems serve distinct functions in the integrated setup. Eos' DawnOS handles battery-level monitoring, control, and optimization for Z3 systems, while Wattmore's software manages system dispatch, energy optimization, and grid interaction.

"As our pipeline continues to grow across utility, data center, microgrid, and other large-scale applications, this integration strengthens our ability to deliver complete energy storage solutions."

The two companies have previously collaborated on a 3 MW/12 MWh energy storage project for Nebraska utility Lincoln Electric System, combining Eos' Z3 technology with Wattmore's controls platform.
