Vivakor raises 2026 outlook to $3.5B after trading unit hits $2.35B

August 24, 2026 9:01 AM

Vivakor, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIVK) announced that its subsidiary, Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC (VST), has reached approximately $2.35 billion in annualized commercial activity, representing roughly 26.9 million barrels of annualized crude oil sales volume.

The company said it is raising its 2026 outlook to $3.5 billion in annualized commercial activity, citing the expansion of VST and a growing pipeline of commercial opportunities.

VST currently processes approximately 2.24 million barrels of monthly sales volume, consisting of about 2.0 million barrels of bulk crude oil sales and 240,000 barrels of truck-based sales.

"Surpassing $2 billion in annualized commercial activity is a significant milestone for Vivakor and demonstrates how rapidly we have been able to scale our Supply & Trading business," said James Ballengee, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vivakor.

Vivakor noted that VST operates as an intermediary in the physical crude oil supply chain. Consistent with standard physical commodity marketing transactions, VST recognizes only a small percentage of total contract value as gross profit. The company said gross profit will vary based on market conditions, commodity pricing, transaction structure, and delivered volumes.
