First American Home Warranty names Jason Gritters as chief revenue officer

First American Home Warranty, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), has appointed Jason Gritters as chief revenue officer in a newly created role, according to a company statement.



Gritters will oversee the company's real estate line of business and corporate development function, while identifying new revenue opportunities. His responsibilities include leading the real estate sales organization, managing strategic partnerships, and advancing distribution initiatives.



Gritters brings more than 10 years of experience in the home warranty and home services industries. He most recently served as vice president of product and corporate development at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, where he led the real estate business channel, product development, sales operations, enterprise strategy, and strategic partnerships.



Earlier in his career, Gritters held roles in finance, product management, and business operations, and worked in private equity supporting portfolio companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.

First American Home Warranty, established in 1984 and based in Santa Rosa, Calif., has issued more than 10 million home warranties over its history.
