PDI Gold completes name change and approves 5-for-1 share consolidation

Predictive Discovery Limited has officially changed its name to PDI Gold Limited following shareholder approval at a general meeting on Aug. 21, 2026, according to a company statement. The name change has been registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.



The new name will take effect on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: PDI) from market open on Sept. 9, 2026, with the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: PDI) expected to align on the same date. The ticker symbol "PDI" will remain unchanged on both exchanges.



Shareholders also approved a consolidation of the company's share capital, with every five existing securities to be combined into one. On the ASX, the consolidation became effective Aug. 24, 2026, with the last day for pre-consolidation trading set for Aug. 25, 2026. Post-consolidation trading on a deferred settlement basis began Aug. 26, 2026, with normal settlement trading expected to commence Sept. 7, 2026. The consolidation took effect on the TSX on Aug. 27, 2026.



The company noted the timetable is indicative and subject to change in accordance with applicable listing rules.



PDI Gold operates the Kiniero Gold Mine in Guinea, which began production in late 2025, and the Nampala Gold Mine in Mali, which has been operating since 2017. The company also holds the Bankan Gold Project in Guinea, for which a definitive feasibility study was released in June 2025.
