Autonomous Power Corporation, operating as Powerus, announced it has signed a commercial contract valued at approximately $22.3 million to deploy networked counter-unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS) technology to protect oil and gas infrastructure in the Middle East.

The contract covers hardware, software, site activation, installation, and a 24-month integrated maintenance program. The system will provide detection, tracking, classification, and early-warning capabilities, with unified command and control located at the customer's operations center.

Powerus said the system architecture is designed to support future integration of its Guardian interceptor technology as the customer's operational requirements evolve. The company did not disclose the identity of the contracting customer, specific deployment locations, or individual facility configurations.

Deployment will occur in phases. The initial phase is focused on providing operators with early awareness of potential unmanned aerial threats to support timely safety and operational decisions.

"This commercial contract reflects the direction we believe the counter-drone market is heading — toward integrated, networked protection of critical oil and gas infrastructure," said Brett Velicovich, co-founder and president of Powerus.

Separately, Powerus disclosed that the registration statement on Form S-4 for a proposed business combination between Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: PUSA) and Autonomous Power Corporation was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 12, 2026. The parties said they expect to complete the combination in early October 2026, subject to remaining closing conditions.
