Ramaco Resources names new CAO and general counsel

Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC, METCB) announced several appointments within its administration and legal departments, effective Aug. 20, 2026.

Evan H. Jenkins, who serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary of the company's Board of Directors, will additionally take on the role of Chief Administrative Officer. In this position, he will oversee law, health and safety, environment, information technology, government relations, insurance, land, intellectual property, and human resources. Jenkins joined Ramaco in 2024, previously serving as the company's General Counsel. He is a former two-term U.S. Congressman from West Virginia and former Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court. Before joining Ramaco, he served as Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Tyler Adkins, previously Senior Vice President of Law and Assistant Secretary, has been named General Counsel. He has been with the company since 2022. Prior to joining Ramaco, he held legal roles at Blackhawk Mining, Cleveland Cliffs Princeton Coal, Inc., and the law firm Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC.

Tyler Fields, previously Vice President of Law, will become Assistant General Counsel. Fields joined Ramaco in 2024 and has more than 15 years of experience in the mining industry, including a role as Corporate Counsel at Alliance Resource Partners.

Cameron Adkins has joined the company as Director of Law, Finance and Operations. He graduated from Harvard Law School in May 2026, with a focus on corporate transactional law and corporate finance. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
