August 20, 2026 7:05 AM

Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY) hosted an investor technology showcase on Aug. 20, 2026, where CEO Kevin Hostetler and the company's leadership team outlined a strategy to expand beyond solar tracking into a broader energy infrastructure platform.

The event focused on the company's plan to integrate foundations, trackers, wire management, controls, software and artificial intelligence into a unified offering. Management also discussed the performance of APA Solar, which Array acquired approximately one year ago, including integration progress, commercial momentum and realized synergies.

The company said its pending acquisition of Affordable Wire Management (AWM) is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Array described the AWM deal as a step toward expanding its addressable market in utility-scale solar infrastructure.

"By bringing together complementary technologies that are engineered to work together, we believe we can deliver greater value to our customers, increase our project share and create additional opportunities for profitable growth," said Hostetler.

The showcase also highlighted five major product launches planned for 2026 and the company's capital allocation approach, which includes organic investment, balance sheet management and acquisitions.
