Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSXY) announced the appointment of Gerri Martin-Flickinger to its board of directors, effective September 14, according to a company press release.

Martin-Flickinger previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Starbucks, where she oversaw the company's global technology strategy and led the development of digital products including Mobile Order & Pay and Deep Brew, an artificial intelligence-powered personalization platform. She also held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Adobe, where she contributed to the company's transition to a cloud-based subscription model. Earlier roles include Chief Information Officer positions at VeriSign and Network Associates, now known as McAfee.

Martin-Flickinger currently chairs the boards of Ellucian and Renaissance Learning. She previously served on the boards of The Charles Schwab Corporation and Tableau Software prior to its 2019 acquisition by Salesforce.

The appointment follows a board-disclosed search conducted in May 2026 with the assistance of an executive search firm.

Board Chair Donna James said Martin-Flickinger "brings strong expertise at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, digital commerce, and consumer retail" that aligns with the company's Path to Potential strategy.

With the addition, Victoria's Secret's board will consist of ten directors as of September 14, nine of whom are independent and eight of whom are women.
