Offerpad Solutions Inc. (NYSE: OPAD) announced it will transfer the listing of its Class A common stock from the New York Stock Exchange to The Nasdaq Capital Market, with trading on Nasdaq expected to begin on August 31, 2026.

The company's shares are expected to continue trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "OPAD" through market close on August 28, 2026. Following the transfer, the stock will continue to trade under the same "OPAD" symbol on Nasdaq.

Brian Bair, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Offerpad, said the move reflects the company's evolution. "Transferring our listing to Nasdaq is the next step in that evolution. It puts us alongside peers that are technology-driven and growth-oriented and we believe it's the right platform to support Offerpad as we build toward the next decade."

The company noted that no action is required by existing stockholders in connection with the transfer. Offerpad is a real estate solutions company founded in 2015 and based in Tempe, Arizona.
