AIxC shifts strategy to robotics, exits digital assets

August 18, 2026 9:28 AM

AIxC Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) announced a strategic shift away from its Digital Asset Treasury strategy toward robotics operations and commercialization, according to a company statement released Monday.

As part of the transition, AIxC said it plans to exit its digital asset positions and redirect resources to its robotics marketplace subsidiary, RoboShare, an online platform connecting robot owners with customers seeking robotic capability on a rental or sharing basis.

The company noted that RoboShare completed its first paid commercial order on August 15, 2026, in Los Angeles, which represents the first market in the platform's planned ten-city expansion strategy.

The initial deployment involved six robots across three product types at an event in Malibu: one Master humanoid robot performing on stage, four Aegis Pro quadrupeds supporting live performance and interactive display, and one Navi compact robot dog used for guest engagement. Custom show production was also developed for the event.

The first customer was identified as DU$TY, a Los Angeles-based entertainer and content creator with more than 7.1 million Instagram followers.

AIxC said near-term priorities include validating repeat demand in Los Angeles, expanding the number and variety of robots available on the platform, and refining its operating model before entering additional cities. The company also noted it intends to explore partnerships with additional creators, venues, and commercial customers.

The company's forward-looking disclosures cite substantial risks, including limited operating history in robotics, going concern uncertainty, dependence on a small number of customers, and reliance on third-party robot owners and suppliers. The ultimate financial contribution of RoboShare, the company noted, will depend on customer adoption, transaction volume, and the ability to scale the platform.
