Sharplink reports institutional ownership rising to ~60% of shares
Sharplink, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBET) announced that institutional ownership of its common stock rose by approximately 12 percentage points quarter-over-quarter to approximately 60%, based on the latest Form 13F filings, according to a company statement sourced from S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Among the largest reported institutional holders as of June 30, 2026, were Fidelity, BlackRock, Highbridge Capital Management, Renaissance Technologies, Geode Capital Management, and UBS Asset Management. More than 50 institutional holders initiated new positions in the company relative to March 31, 2026, while existing holders also increased their positions.
Sharplink describes itself as an Ethereum treasury platform and claims to be one of the largest corporate holders of Ether. The company also claims to have the highest institutional ownership rate of any ETH-focused digital asset treasury company, though this claim was not independently verified.
