Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE: HAE) entered into a supply agreement with CSL Plasma Inc. on August 14, 2026, under which CSL Plasma may use Haemonetics' NexSys PCS devices with Persona PLUS technology and purchase related disposables in the United States.

The agreement is non-exclusive and includes no minimum purchase commitments. Haemonetics anticipates that CSL Plasma will transition a portion of its U.S. plasma collection centers to its devices and disposables, though the scope and timing of that transition have not been determined.

Haemonetics said it is not updating its previously issued fiscal 2027 financial guidance at this time. The company expects to provide further details on the anticipated financial impact of the agreement during its second fiscal quarter earnings call in November 2026.
