Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD) and Carahsoft Technology Corp. announced a partnership that will make Upland's knowledge management and contact center software available to government agencies through Carahsoft's distribution network.

Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Upland's Master Government Aggregator, offering products through its reseller partners and several procurement contracts, including NASA SEWP V, TIPS, NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services, and The Quilt.

Four Upland products will be distributed through the arrangement: RightAnswers, an AI-driven enterprise knowledge platform; Panviva, a real-time guidance tool for contact center agents; BA Insight, a data access and search solution; and InGenius, which integrates CRM and call center systems.

"Government agencies are focused on modernizing service delivery, and Upland's technology provides secure, integrated platforms to amplify both employee and citizen experiences," said Victoria Ritter, Sales Director at Carahsoft.

Dan Doman, Chief Operating and Product Officer at Upland Software, said the partnership is intended to help government agencies "improve their security and compliance posture, accelerate procurement, and ultimately, deliver better service."

According to a press release, Upland serves more than 1,100 enterprise customers. Carahsoft supports public sector organizations across federal, state and local government, education, and healthcare.
