Stifel analyst Laura Prendergast reiterated a Buy rating and $40.00 price target on Tango Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGX).

The analyst commented, "Expectations for the vopimetostat+RAS(ON) inhibitor combination ESMO 2026 poster? Expect longer follow-up from the June disclosure, with some additional patients. Management cautioned against expecting too many newly enrolled patients to be reflected in ESMO efficacy data - time window is pretty narrow to enroll patients who would have the 14+ weeks of required follow-up to be efficacy evaluable by the ESMO data cut-off. Investors expect around a doubling of the efficacy evaluable vopi+darax patients in PDAC (DL1+DL2) in the ESMO poster. This plays well for the 92% ORR holding up reasonably well, newly evaluable patients would have to meaningfully underperform the original n=12 to pull down the ORR.Management said enrolling more patients in the vopi+darax dose level 1 has been their priority."
