(the "Issuer") owned directly by private investment funds managed by ADAR1 Capital Management, LLC and separately managed accounts of ADAR1 Capital Management, LLC. Such securities may be deemed to be indirectly beneficially owned by ADAR1 Capital Management, LLC.
