AMS shareholders approve H.B. Fuller acquisition bid
Shareholders of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc voted to approve H.B. Fuller Company's (NYSE: FUL) proposed acquisition of AMS at specially convened meetings held on August 12, 2026.
The shareholder vote follows the announcement of a recommended cash acquisition agreement between the two companies on June 25, 2026. H.B. Fuller expects the transaction to close by the end of the calendar year, subject to satisfaction or waiver of remaining conditions outlined in the transaction documents.

H.B. Fuller, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, reported 2025 revenue of $3.5 billion and employs more than 7,100 people across operations in 150 countries.
