Drone Nerds, a subsidiary of XTI Aerospace, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTIA), has entered into a partnership with DBOX to distribute autonomous drone docking solutions to U.S. public safety and government agencies, according to a company press release.
Under the agreement, Drone Nerds will serve as the exclusive U.S. distributor of the DBOX PRT, an autonomous docking station designed to support remotely managed drone operations including incident response, search operations, perimeter monitoring, and situational awareness.
The DBOX PRT is compatible with three Parrot drone platforms: the Anafi UKR, Anafi UKR GOV, and Anafi UKR XLR. The compatible aircraft carry TAA, NDAA, and Blue sUAS designations. The docking station includes integrated environmental sensors, four security cameras, dual-SIM 5G connectivity, and support for multiple data transfer methods.

The Parrot Anafi UKR GOV and XLR models offer up to 70 minutes of flight time and a stated range of up to 40 kilometers. The base Anafi UKR model provides up to 38 minutes of flight endurance. All three platforms include optical navigation for GNSS-denied environments and operate between -36°C and 50°C.
"Partnering with DBOX advances our strategy to provide public safety and government customers with a more complete and customizable approach to autonomous drone operations, including drone-as-first-responder programs," said Jeremy Schneiderman, CEO of Drone Nerds.
DBOX is developed by JSC IT logika, headquartered in Panevėžys, Lithuania. XTI Aerospace is based in Dallas, Texas.
