High Roller Technologies signs platform deal with mrkts.com for ROLR launch

August 13, 2026 7:47 AM

High Roller Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROLR) has entered into a Platform License and Development Services Agreement with DeepEther Labs, Ltd., the Malta-based company behind mrkts.com, to support the development and launch of its planned ROLR prediction markets platform.

Under the agreement, DeepEther Labs will provide High Roller with access to its proprietary platform and source code, and will design and deliver the customer-facing ROLR application. High Roller will own the intellectual property rights to the ROLR application, including its frontend source code, user interface, and design assets.

The deal grants High Roller a worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive source-code license to the DeepEther Labs prediction markets platform during the applicable development term, and a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for other iGaming verticals including sports betting and online casino.

DeepEther Labs will also support technical integrations with Crypto.com services and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA), including payment infrastructure and compliance functionality such as anti-money laundering, know your customer (AML/KYC), identity verification, and geographic restriction tools.

During the applicable term, DeepEther Labs has agreed to dedicate personnel to High Roller and, subject to certain exceptions, will not enter into new platform licensing or development relationships with third parties for prediction market products.

High Roller disclosed that three of its board directors — Daniel Bradtke, Brandon Eachus, and Michael Cribari — hold interests in DeepEther Labs. The agreement was reviewed and approved under the company's related party transaction policies.

"This agreement strengthens our technology foundation and enhances our ability to scale," said Seth Young, Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies.
