Boxabl opens M&A and partnership program for housing supply chain

Boxabl Inc. (Nasdaq: BXBL) announced the launch of a formal program to pursue mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships across the housing supply chain, according to a company press release dated Aug. 13, 2026.

The Las Vegas-based modular housing company said it is seeking deal structures that may include cash, stock, or a combination of both, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The company identified four categories of interest: companies such as manufacturers, installers, dealers, lenders, and suppliers; land parcels of various types; experienced operators in housing construction, sales, and finance; and inventions including patents, prototypes, tooling, manufacturing processes, and software.

Boxabl said it is also open to broader merger and acquisition opportunities where a combination could advance its goal of producing affordable housing at scale.

"Housing is too expensive right now, and every year we spend inventing something that already exists is a year homes stay unaffordable," said Galiano Tiramani, Boxabl founder and co-CEO. "If someone has already solved a piece of it, the fastest path is to bring them in — not to start over in-house and hope we catch up."

The company said any submission through its website is non-binding and creates no offer, agreement, or obligation for either party. Any resulting transaction would be subject to due diligence, definitive documentation, and applicable approvals.

Boxabl began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "BXBL" on July 20, 2026, following completion of its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. The company said it has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors since its founding in 2017.
