Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) has appointed Todd Brown as Senior Vice President of a newly created Enterprise Performance Optimization organization and Sofiane Laoussadi as Senior Vice President of Global Services & Solutions, according to a press release issued Aug. 12, 2026.

Brown, a former Vice President and General Manager at GE Healthcare, has been with Accuray for approximately three years. In his new role, he will oversee initiatives related to working capital, cash flow, supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process digitization. Accuray's services business generated 57% of the company's consolidated net revenues in fiscal year 2026.

Laoussadi brings more than 20 years of experience in services, operations, and commercial roles across healthcare and industrial markets. He previously held senior positions at GE Healthcare and two private equity-backed companies, and most recently served as President of Pharma, Health & Durables at Klockner Pentaplast. In his new role, he will oversee global services delivery, customer support, lifecycle management, software upgrade programs, clinical and technical training, and workflow consulting.

"By enhancing our global services capabilities and establishing a dedicated focus on enterprise performance optimization, we are creating a more agile, performance-driven organization that can respond faster to customer needs and deliver long-term value for shareholders," said Steve LaNeve, President and Chief Executive Officer of Accuray.

The appointments are part of what the company describes as its Transformation Phase II, which focuses on improving operational execution, lowering its cost structure, and creating value for customers and shareholders.
