Edward Reginelli has informed the board of directors of BitGo (NYSE: BTGO) of his intention to resign as chief financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective September 15, 2026.

According to a press release statement, Reginelli's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices.

The company has launched a formal search for a successor. Following his resignation date, Reginelli will serve in an advisory role to assist with the transition of duties to his replacement.
