Bombach's resignation from the board coincides with his departure from Intel Corporation, Mobileye's controlling shareholder, where he served as Corporate Vice President, Head of Corporate Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary.

The company stated that Bombach's decision was not related to any disagreement with Mobileye regarding its operations, policies, or practices.
