WhiteFiber, Inc. (Nasdaq: WYFI) has entered into a strategic agreement with data center developer Krambu, Inc. that designates WhiteFiber as Krambu's exclusive GPU infrastructure operator for 100 megawatts of planned high-density data center capacity expected to come online in 2027.

Under the terms of the agreement, Krambu will provide the underlying data center infrastructure, while WhiteFiber will design, deploy and operate GPU clusters for enterprise AI teams, AI labs, cloud providers and other large-scale customers secured through the partnership.

Krambu's infrastructure includes direct-to-chip liquid cooling designed to support rack densities of up to 250 kilowatts. The San Jose, California-based company develops data center infrastructure across North America for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads.

"Krambu is building the high-density data center foundation, and WhiteFiber has the expertise to turn that capacity into production GPU infrastructure for demanding AI workloads," said Travis Jank, President and Founder of Krambu.

Michael Francisco, Vice President of WhiteFiber Cloud US, said the partnership gives customers "a new path to high-density capacity coming online in 2027" and allows both companies to design the facility and GPU cluster together.

The two companies also plan to collaborate on research and development focused on next-generation AI infrastructure, including joint evaluation of data center, cooling and cluster architectures.

WhiteFiber said it is currently engaging with customers regarding GPU infrastructure requirements for capacity expected to become available through the partnership beginning in 2027.
