Wheels Up and Fraser Yachts announce partnership for air-to-sea travel
Wheels Up Experience Inc. (NYSE: UP) and Fraser Yachts announced a partnership to offer combined private aviation and yacht charter services to their respective clients, according to a press release dated August 12, 2026.
Under the agreement, Wheels Up members will receive preferred yacht charter rates and access to Fraser's fleet of more than 2,300 luxury yachts through a network of over 240 yachting specialists operating from 21 offices worldwide. Fraser clients will receive benefits across Wheels Up's private aviation offerings.
The partnership will offer itinerary planning that may combine commercial travel via Delta One, private Wheels Up flights, and helicopter transfers. In select destinations, Wheels Up's seaplane services through Tropic Ocean Airways will allow direct air-to-yacht transfers. All yacht charter bookings will continue to be managed by Fraser's charter brokers.
"At Wheels Up, we believe premium travel should be defined by ease, flexibility and personalization," said George Mattson, Chief Executive Officer of Wheels Up. "By combining Fraser Yachts' world-class superyacht collection with Wheels Up's global network of aircraft, we are creating a new way for discerning travelers to experience travel across the destinations and trip styles that matter most to them."
Anders Kurtén, Chief Executive Officer of Fraser, said the partnership reflects how clients "increasingly look to trusted brands to deliver a seamless experience across every stage of their travels."
The collaboration will also include client access at events such as the Monaco Yacht Show and the Palm Beach International Boat Show, as well as the Wheels Down Clubhouse in Augusta.
