Virtus Investment Partners AUM falls to $148.9B in July
Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. (NYSE: VRTS) reported preliminary assets under management (AUM) of $148.9 billion as of July 31, 2026, down from $152.2 billion as of June 30, 2026, according to a company statement.
Including other fee-earning assets of $1.7 billion, total client assets stood at $150.6 billion at the end of July.
The month-over-month decline reflected market performance and net outflows across retail separate accounts, institutional accounts, U.S. retail funds, and global funds. Net inflows in exchange-traded funds and tender offer funds partially offset those outflows.
By product type, open-end funds totaled $51.2 billion, down from $52.1 billion in June. Retail separate accounts fell to $34.7 billion from $36.2 billion, and institutional accounts declined to $49.7 billion from $50.4 billion. Closed-end funds stood at $13.2 billion, compared with $13.5 billion the prior month.
By asset class, equity AUM totaled $66.1 billion, down from $68.8 billion. Fixed income was $40.1 billion versus $40.5 billion. Multi-asset AUM came in at $22.8 billion, compared with $23.2 billion. Alternatives were $19.8 billion, a slight increase from $19.7 billion in June.
