High Roller Technologies names Thomas Scaria as chief product officer
High Roller Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROLR) has appointed Thomas Scaria as Chief Product Officer, a newly created position at the Las Vegas-based online gaming and prediction markets company, according to a press release issued Aug. 12, 2026.
Scaria will report to CEO Seth Young and oversee product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company's prediction markets business, including development of the ROLR prediction markets platform. He will also work across technology, compliance, operations, marketing, and commercial partnerships.
Scaria previously founded Lore, a blockchain-based asset management platform that raised approximately $7.5 million from investors including Polychain Capital and Multicoin Capital. Lore served over 100,000 customers and hosted 1,500 online fund managers overseeing more than $50 million in assets.
Before founding Lore, Scaria was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Polychain Capital, where he launched a social trading network on Ethereum. He also led Wyre's expansion into decentralized finance and earlier worked at Citi as a Senior Investment Associate structuring derivatives for institutional and family-office clients. Scaria holds a CFA designation and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
"As we advance toward the launch of the ROLR prediction markets platform domestically and internationally, disciplined product strategy and execution will be critical," said CEO Seth Young in the statement.
