Global-e Online posts 44% GMV and 39% revenue growth in Q2 2026

Global-e Online Ltd. (NASDAQ: GLBE) reported second-quarter 2026 financial results, with gross merchandise value reaching $2,089 million, up 44% year over year, and revenue of $299.0 million, an increase of 39% from the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release.

Revenue included $139.4 million in service fees and $159.6 million in fulfillment services. GAAP net profit for the quarter was $47.7 million, compared with $10.5 million in Q2 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose 62% to $62.4 million, representing a margin of 20.9%, up 300 basis points year over year. Free cash flow was $73.2 million, compared with $63.5 million in the prior-year period.

The company executed $68 million in share repurchases during the quarter, completing its 2025 repurchase plan of $200 million. On June 4, 2026, the board authorized a new $500 million share repurchase plan.

Global-e expanded its Shopify Managed Markets Version 2.0 to Canada and the United Kingdom and completed the migration of remaining merchants from Version 1.0. New merchant launches in Q2 included Ferrari, Universal Music Japan, and Dolce Vita, among others across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

For Q3 2026, the company guided for revenue of $308.5 million to $315.5 million, GMV of $1,995 million to $2,045 million, and Adjusted EBITDA of $58.5 million to $62.5 million. Full-year 2026 guidance was raised to revenue of $1,305 million to $1,355 million, up from a prior range of $1,220 million to $1,280 million, and GMV of $8,810 million to $9,110 million, compared with the previous range of $8,530 million to $8,880 million. Full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance was raised to $278 million to $300 million, from $264.5 million to $289.5 million.
