Blend Labs (NYSE: BLND) announced that Oxana Tkach, Head of Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis and principal accounting officer, has resigned from her role, effective on or around August 31, 2026, to pursue another opportunity.

According to a company statement, Tkach's resignation was not related to any disagreement with the company's independent auditors or management on matters of accounting principles, financial statement disclosure, or internal controls.

Jason Ream, the company's Head of Finance and Administration, will assume the role of interim principal accounting officer following Tkach's departure. Ream will not receive additional compensation for the interim role.

Blend Labs said it has initiated a process to identify a successor principal accounting officer.
