Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) announced new Fusion Agentic Applications and AI agents for human resources, built into its Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management platform, according to a company press release dated Aug. 11, 2026.

The additions span five areas of talent management: work architecture, learning and development, manager coaching, employee growth and mobility, and workforce planning. The new tools run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and are designed to automate tasks such as role design, skills profile updates, learning assignment management, and workforce planning analysis.

Specific agents include a Job Architect Agent for role design, an Intelligent Talent Profiles Agent for updating employee skill profiles, a Manager Coaching Workspace, a Grow Coach for employee career development, and a Workforce Skills Supply vs. Demand Agent for planning purposes.

"Too many organizations still rely on talent systems that wait for people to identify problems before taking action," said Lewis Thompson, senior vice president of applications development at Oracle. "The new Fusion Agentic Applications and AI agents within Oracle Cloud HCM help organizations adopt a talent agility strategy that continuously connects work, skills, learning, and workforce planning."

Oracle also noted that customers can use its AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications to build and run additional AI automation using Oracle, partner, and external agents.
