Wix launches standalone AI agent platform for small businesses
Wix.com Ltd. (NASDAQ: WIX) announced the launch of Symphony by Wix, a standalone multi-agent AI platform aimed at individuals and small and medium-sized businesses, on August 11, 2026.
Symphony is designed to learn the specifics of a given business and deploy a coordinated team of specialized AI agents to handle workflows, surface opportunities, and execute tasks on behalf of the business owner. At the center of the system is an agent called Maestro, which coordinates the other agents and identifies what requires attention across the business.
The platform includes a daily "morning meeting" feature in which agents summarize completed work, flag pending items, and highlight new opportunities based on business activity, customer behavior, or trends. A built-in quality-review layer has another agent check outputs before they are presented to the owner. Business owners can review progress and approve decisions through a mobile app.
Symphony is available as a standalone product and is described as platform-agnostic, meaning it can be used by businesses that operate on Wix, on other platforms, or without a website. It is accessible across devices, voice interfaces, and communication channels.
"We built Symphony to be the go-to AI agent orchestrator for SMBs," said Ronny Elkayam, COO of Wix. "It is purpose-built for how small businesses operate, combining Wix's two decades of SMB expertise with a coordinated multi-agent system that can learn how a business works, take action and help owners grow with more speed and confidence."
Symphony is available through a tiered subscription model and began rolling out on the announcement date. The launch represents an expansion by Wix beyond website creation into broader business operations and automation tools for small businesses.
