Change Agents Corp. (Nasdaq: CHGA), an artificial intelligence software company, announced it has joined the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA) and will participate in the organization's Counter UAS Summit, according to a press release dated Aug. 11, 2026.

The move follows the company's formation of Autonomous Air Defense LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary created to identify, evaluate, acquire, and develop technologies focused on autonomous air defense and counter-unmanned aerial systems (Counter-UAS). The subsidiary has no operating history, revenue, or products.

The IDGA Counter UAS Summit brings together military leaders, government agencies, defense contractors, and technology companies to discuss unmanned aerial system threats and autonomous counter-drone capabilities.

Change Agents stated it expects to use its IDGA membership and summit participation to engage with defense and government stakeholders and identify potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.

Michael Mathews, Director of Change Agents Corp., said the company views joining IDGA and participating in the summit as "important milestones" in building a presence in the autonomous defense market, adding that engagement with industry leaders and military stakeholders is "critical to identifying strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities."

Change Agents' existing business focuses on agentic AI software for small businesses and content creators, including its Beacon AI search optimization platform and Catch-Up content creation platform. The company has no operating history in the defense sector.
