Signet Jewelers has appointed Jamie Cygielman as President of Zales and Banter, and Pam Cloud as President of Blue Nile, according to a company statement.

Cygielman joins Signet with more than 30 years of consumer brand experience. She most recently served as Global Head of Dolls at Mattel and as General Manager and President of American Girl. She will report to Chief Executive Officer J.K. Symancyk, with her start date set for August 24. She will be based in Dallas.

Cloud brings more than 30 years of luxury retail experience to Blue Nile, including over 25 years at Tiffany & Co., where she held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer. She began her role at Blue Nile on August 10 and will be based in New York City. Cloud will report to Joan Hilson, Signet's Chief Operating and Financial Officer.

"Jamie and Pam are accomplished leaders who understand how to unlock the potential of iconic brands through consumer insight, innovation and disciplined execution," said Symancyk.

Signet operates approximately 2,600 stores under brand names including KAY Jewelers, Zales, Jared, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Blue Nile and others.
