Tyson Foods prices $1B senior notes offering due 2031 and 2037
Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE: TSN) announced the pricing of a $1 billion senior notes offering, according to a press release from the Springdale, Arkansas-based company.
The offering consists of $500 million in 5.100% Senior Notes due 2031 and $500 million in 5.600% Senior Notes due 2037. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 24, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Tyson Foods said it intends to use the net proceeds to purchase notes tendered in a contemplated tender offer, with any remaining funds directed toward general corporate purposes.
BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, Rabo Securities USA, RBC Capital Markets, Goldman Sachs and U.S. Bancorp Investments are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Scotia Capital (USA) and SMBC Nikko Securities America are acting as senior co-managers.
