Everpure wins supply deal with second major hyperscaler
Everpure (NYSE: P) announced a design win and supply agreement with a second top-five hyperscaler, according to a company press release dated Aug. 10, 2026. The Santa Clara, Calif.-based storage and data management company secured a similar agreement with a first hyperscaler in late 2024.
The agreement centers on Everpure's DirectFlash® technology, which the company says enables hyperscalers to deploy a unified storage architecture across multiple performance tiers.
"Securing a design win with a second hyperscaler for our hyperscale solution signals strong recognition of the economic, operational and performance advantages of our DirectFlash® technology," said Charles Giancarlo, Chairman and CEO of Everpure.
Everpure said it expects the agreement to become a significant contributor to revenue starting in fiscal year 2028. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal or identify the hyperscaler by name.
