Nvidia partners with six financial firms to raise $500B for AI infrastructure

August 10, 2026 4:02 PM

Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to establish compute financing platforms aimed at mobilizing more than $500 billion in third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout, according to a press release dated Aug. 10, 2026.

The companies have signed memorandums of understanding to create dedicated pools of capital for Nvidia customers, including frontier AI labs, enterprises and AI cloud operators. The partnerships remain subject to execution of final agreements.

Under the arrangements, the six financial institutions would independently underwrite AI infrastructure, providing capital at what the release describes as attractive rates. Nvidia said the platforms are intended to broaden access to AI compute capacity at scale.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia, said in a statement: "In AI, compute is revenue. NVIDIA compute is uniquely suited for this role. It is broadly adopted, flexible across models and workloads, fungible and transferable across customers and operators, and continuously improved through CUDA software."

Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon said the partnership would create "a market for credit backed by NVIDIA compute." KKR Co-CEOs Joe Bae and Scott Nuttall noted the firm's existing relationship with Nvidia as a founding investor in Helix Digital Infrastructure.

BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink said the partnership builds on an existing AI Infrastructure Partnership with Nvidia, connecting long-term capital to computing infrastructure.

Brookfield (NYSE: BN, NYSE: BAM) and KKR (NYSE: KKR) are among the publicly traded firms involved. Apollo had approximately $1.05 trillion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026, while Blackstone reported more than $1.3 trillion in assets under management.
