Beasley Broadcast Group (NASDAQ: BBGI) announced it is postponing the release of its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, to allow additional time to finalize tax accounting related to a refinancing and debt restructuring completed during that quarter.

The company said it also postponed the accompanying conference call and webcast, which had been scheduled to review second-quarter results. A rescheduled date is expected to be announced, with the call set to take place on or before Aug. 14, 2026.
