Uranium Royalty adds two directors tied to investor rights pact
Uranium Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ: UROY) has appointed Kevin McQuilkin and Peter Rozenauers to its board of directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement. The board determined that McQuilkin is independent under Nasdaq Stock Market rules.
Rozenauers has more than 35 years of experience in natural resources and finance. He serves as a non-executive Investment Committee member for Orion Mine Finance and Orion Industrial Ventures, and previously worked as Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Orion Resource Partners (Aus) Pty Limited from September 2013 to July 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
McQuilkin has more than 35 years of experience in investment banking across energy, metals and mining, and chemicals. He currently serves as Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Gonzaga University School of Business. He previously held senior mergers and acquisitions and metals and mining roles at Wells Fargo Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, and J.P. Morgan. He holds a degree from Gonzaga University and a Master's in Management from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Both directors were designated for board nomination under an Investors Rights Agreement dated July 27, 2026, among the company, Orion Resource Partners (USA) LP, affiliated Orion funds, HRG Metals LP, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board.
