August 7, 2026 4:17 PM

First Phosphate Corp. announced that its American Depositary Receipts will be uplisted to the Nasdaq Global Market as a Level 2 ADR under the ticker symbol PHOS (NASDAQ: PHOS), effective at the opening of trading on August 10, 2026.

The company's Level 1 ADRs, previously traded on the OTCQX market under the symbol FRSPF, will be delisted from that market and automatically converted to Level 2 ADRs tradeable on Nasdaq. The ADR ratio remains at ten common shares per one ADR.

The uplisting does not constitute a new offering of securities. No additional shares are being issued and no capital is being raised in connection with the move. The company's common shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange under PHOS, on the OTCQX under FRSPF, and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under KD0.

Shareholders may convert First Phosphate common shares into ADRs at no cost through December 31, 2026, via The Bank of New York Mellon, which serves as the depositary bank for the ADR program. Common shares underlying the ADRs are held in custody by BNY.

First Phosphate is a mineral exploration and development company focused on phosphate resources in Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, Quebec, Canada, according to the press release.
