DoubleVerify Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DV) announced it has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Neptune BidCo US Inc., a Delaware corporation and parent company of Nielsen Holdings, under which Nielsen will acquire DoubleVerify.
