Net income for the quarter was $16.7 million, roughly flat compared with the prior year's quarter, as higher interest expense and non-cash amortization of acquired intangible assets weighed on earnings. For the first six months of 2026, net sales totaled $327.7 million, up 37.8% year over year. Adjusted EBITDA for the half rose 47.0% to $132.7 million.
The company raised its full-year 2026 outlook, projecting net sales of $665 million to $675 million, up from a prior range of $645 million to $655 million.
